Our services are currently available exclusively to users located within India. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account & Orders
We have simplified our purchasing process: you do not need to manually create an account or provide external ID proofs. Your first order automatically securely creates and saves your account details. You are solely responsible for providing accurate information (name, delivery address, phone, and email) to ensure seamless delivery. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or pricing errors.
4. Products & Descriptions
We sell a curated selection of trending physical products designed to make your life easier. While we strive to ensure that all product information, images, colors, and specifications are accurate, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as slight variations may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Some items may have limited stock, and we may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.
5. Pricing & Secure Payments
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or exclude taxes as specified on the checkout page. All payments on Foldcart are securely processed exclusively through Razorpay. We support a wide range of payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Foldcart does not collect or store your full banking or card details; this information is securely handled by Razorpay. In the event of payment failures or duplicate charges, refunds will be initiated automatically by the payment gateway to your original payment method.
6. Order Acceptance & Contract
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an official order confirmation. We are under no obligation to fulfill an order until this confirmation has been explicitly provided.
7. Third-Party Sellers & Fulfillment
We allow various partner suppliers and sellers to offer their products through our platform. In these instances, Foldcart acts as the coordinating platform. While final order fulfillment and shipping may be handled directly by our partners, we stand firmly behind the customer experience and will manage all support, returns, and exchanges as per our policies.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We prioritize exchanges for products that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or without a valid issue originating from our side. Not every product is eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged; you must verify the specific return window in the product details before purchasing. Depending on the item, the exchange/return window may be 1 to 2 days, while others may offer 5 or more days.
If you need to report an issue, you must confirm it with us within a strict 2-3 day period. If a return is accepted, the product must be returned in the exact same condition it was sent. For non-damage related returns (if exceptionally approved), we may deduct a variable processing fee based on the product and your location. Approved refunds will be processed within one week after the returned item is successfully picked up from your location.
9. User Conduct & Reviews
You agree not to misuse the site through fraudulent activities, hacking, spam, web scraping, or unauthorized reselling of our products.
After a purchase, you may upload a product review. These reviews are processed by an automated system and will appear on the site within a few days. We do not use AI chatbots, send unsolicited promotional marketing messages, or operate any affiliate, referral, or influencer programs.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Foldcart logo, text, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of Foldcart unless otherwise stated. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or reusing our intellectual property without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Foldcart website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. We make no specific compliance or certification claims regarding the products. Product results and benefits may vary, and no information on this site should be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice. Foldcart shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this site or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala.
